This is a collection of one-liners about golf. Some are attributed to the pros, but there’s zero context to support this. Seriously, there are no references to famous tournaments or incidents to give color to any of these and many of them make no sense without having that reference. Also, quite a few of the one-liners show up multiple times. Given the print size and spacing, it’s clear the author was really stretching to be able to qualify this as a book. Still, the price is right if you just want a handful of one-liners to take with you to the course.

This is just as described and packed with little gems of golfing jokes that I’m sure will put a smile on my golf-playing son’s face. Arrived swiftly. In fact when I had the email from Amazon to say that it had been put through my letter box I’d had so many deliveries that I’d forgotten it had arrived and informed Amazon that it hadn’t. My mistake and one that I hope I’ve now rectified!

It’s a bit of a thin book, more a magazine to be honest. Not overly impressed.
