Natural, organic latex pillow
This pillow is very comfortable and helps me sleep better; it provides better support under the head and neck to prevent tension. It’s more of a flat loft than a typical pillow, but extremely comfortable once you get used to that. I love it that it’s all organic and hypoallergenic

It wasn't as bad , it was very thin.
It wasn't as bad as it said, it was very thin. It did not return to its original state after being removed from the package.

This pillow, a king sized one piece latex pillow, arrived unusable having been crushed for packaging and mailing. Two days later only part of the pillow had regained its shape, most of the pillow had not regained its shape. Today, 8 days after delivery, the pillow still has not regained its intended shape, in fact the flat part has not changed a bit. I emailed the customer service department 4 days after delivery to describe the problem. I received a form reply that said in part they would be happy to send me some more shredded latex to bulk up the flat part. Not acceptable since my pillow is not made of shredded latex. The company does not list a phone number.

Great but only 2" thick.
It's not thick enough. Unwrapped it's very flat and dense. A month later I bought a talaylay pillow.
