One heart dead upon arrival, one doesn't even look like a heart
One heart is perfect, perfect shape, perfect color. One heart was dead at ends and yellowing down shoots. One heart doesn't look like a heart at all, its a circle. Very disappointed with this. I will try to keep remaining shoots alive. Much TLC needed.

No roots !
There were no roots on any of the plants. Don’t think they will survive! I’ve ordered these twice and both times they came with little or no roots. These are supposed to be 2yr growth so I don’t understand the lack of roots. 1st batch has been in water for 2 weeks and in additional root growth one stalk is starting to turn brown.

Garbage!
This plant was not healthy at all. Who packed this mess? I purchased 2 heart bamboo and 3 heart bamboo. Neither was worth me putting in a vase or flower pot. Smdh! They don't deserve any stars. But I have to hit 1 to submit my review.
