I purchased this ring a few months ago as I’m an events planner, I used the ring twice and the electric cord inside snapped and the metal pin broke it cost a £100 and it’s been used twice despite sending serval messages to the seller they only wanted to replace 2 poles which isn’t acceptable when the whole ring is threaded with an elastic band , I’ve had to lose work due to the ring not being fit for purpose it’s cheaply made not study and the seller isn’t interested in a replacement I’m waiting a refund
