I bought this neck brace to help me with my posture... specifically to help keep my neck straight while using my tablet, smartphone, etc. To make it less uncomfortable on my collar bones, I wear a thick shirt or place a folded towel underneath it for padding. The only difficulty I have with it is putting the device on by myself. I am able to remove it without difficulty but putting it on is another story. It is much easier to apply it correctly and tightly with assistance from someone.

The shape cannot be changed and doesn’t work on my chest and chin. Everybody’s body shape is different.

I’ve been having severe neck issues lately. I’d hoped this would help relieve it some but it’s not very effective. I hoped it would allow me to relax my neck muscles while working, taking the weight off, but it just isn’t really doing that. It may work for other people or problems so give it a go. It’s cheap and you can always return it.

The media could not be loaded.  This neck stretcher works great for relieving pain in the neck and helping correct my posture. I work at home and sit at my desk for long periods of time. I have noticed that my posture has been very bad because this and it has caused me severe neck and back pain. Since using this neck stretcher it has helped me tremendously with my neck and back pain by helping fix my posture and neck. It is very easy to use and adjust. It's comfortable to wear as well. Definately recommend.

I often work in front of the computer for seven or eight hours, which leads to problems in my cervical spine. So I bought this product, which is very effective. It's very easy to use it to relieve the pain of my cervical spine when I'm working, but it won't relieve the discomfort of my cervical spine when I'm young. It also has a role to ensure that I can sit correctly and no longer work with my head down as before.It is the incorrect sitting posture that leads to my cervical problems. I believe this is also the reason for most people's cervical problems. If you use it, you will find how effective it is.

Fine, but over a short period of time it begins to come loose quite easily.

I am keeping the collar but I am extending its length because the band is too short. Why doesn't the manufacturer make the velcro bdnd longer to accommodate larger necks. I added 4 inches.
