Seems about right. It is no quick charge, but Mayne 4.5 hour max it will be full.

Q: Does it have a display of some sort that shows the minimum mid and max modes like on the jet 90?

No display. Just a plus or minus button.

Q: What type of charger is compatible? Looking for replacement.

Not sure just recently got the vacuum and it came with the charger, maybe check on YouTube

Q: How do you open the dust bin?

Press the black button on the center top of dust bin. You should then hold the bin because it will detach so you can empty it. When putting it back together be sure and line the button back up in the upper middle until you hear it click.
