I bought this product for the omega-3 that helps my arthritis. Also, it's packed full of good nutrition. I was very pleased with the taste, and my wife loves the flavor. This is a fish oil product with zero fishy taste - just a nice fruity flavor. The consistency is not too thick - think of light liquid yogurt. What interested me about this product was that it really is a protein drink with 20g of protein, and it's an omega-3 supplement (It has 1600 mg of Omega-3) and it has antioxidants and vitamins, so it has nutrition +omega-3 + protein. I also like that it's aseptically packed and shelf-stable. I've been on this for 10 days and no arthritis flair-ups, so I would reccomend this product to anyone with joint pain. - very pleased.

I have always taken omega 3 gel caps and thought I was getting what I needed, but I was getting that fishy taste and burps and someone told me about EO3. I wasn’t sure at first, but I tried it and I love it! The taste is delicious and you can’t taste the fish oil at all! I did some research and I hadn’t realized that cod liver oil was such a quality source of omega 3. And it’s so easy to drink this because it’s ready to go! I can even take it with me when I’m out and about. And the amount of omega 3 is really high! I would highly recommend EO3 as a great source of omega 3!

Loved the taste and texture ; loved most of the ingredients . But 8.4 oz. has 23 grams of sugar adding up to much of the calorie count of 252.Negates a lot of the nutritional value of this drink unfortunately.

I have been drinking this for awhile now and it is great. Myself and my daughter drink this before or after a workout, also great for a recharge at work. I don't like taking anything with cod oils because of that nasty after taste, with this you don't get any of that after taste.Love this product, you won't be disappointed!

Bet you weren't expecting that, huh? But yeah, it's brown. Well, light brown, with maybe some red tones in there.Now, let's talk about the smell. Sniffing it straight out of the carton, it didn't really have a smell. But when I put it in a shaker, there is a definite smell that's hard to describe. It has like an almost herbal/medicinal odor to it. I'd call it more weird than actually unpleasant.Finally, let's talk taste. The taste is very tart; the first thought that came to mind was a raspberry version of one of those Chobani liquid yogurt drinks, because it's got a rather powerful tart flavor, but also that aftertaste I associate with unsweetened yogurt. There is a hint of sweetness, but I wouldn't call this a sweet drink, no matter how much sugar it claims to have on the side.Overall, would I call this enjoyable? No, not really. It's not horrible, it won't make you gag or anything, but I don't think folks are going to be like, "You know what I could go for right now? THIS!" My advice would be to either chug it down or use it as an ingredient in your protein shakes or smoothies.

This helped me recover from arm/hand cramps after a long day pressure washing and yard work. (I don't do a lot of exercise. .so a day in the yard zaps me and makes my arms/hands cramp from squeezing the grips/throttle trigger for 8+ hours.)Tasted good considering everything it has in there. Looking forward to adding it to a smoothie as a meal replacement. I will need to buy more soon as I only got 6 to try it....

I will definitely buy this again… it has a lot of benefits to my health… great product…
