I thought it was perfect but after three times of use, the bars came through the ends. I didn't start to use it since two weeks ago and unfortunately not strong and I bought it a few months ago so can't exchange it for a replacement and very expensive.Once the seller was notified, immediately responded & sending a replacement. I definitely recommend this arm brace.

Like other reviewers, I found it fairly difficult to put on my arm. The taper at one end is the hardest part and you have to do it one handed. My tip would be to put the velcro straps through the loops as loose as it can be, and then slide your arm in like a sleeve, then tighten each of the velcro straps.There are basically 3 metal rods inside that keep your arm straight. You can still bend it a little bit but overall I guess it does what it claims to do. if you really committed to it I suppose this could help a golfer learn to straighten that elbow to get full extension and release.I personally find it bulky and not particularly beneficial. Feels more like I'm nursing an injury or elbow surgery than fixing a swing issue. These are just first impressions. I'll give it a few times at the driving range and see if it actually helps. 4 stars for now because of the bulk and ease of use factors.

This golf swing training elbow device stops your elbow from moving and allows you to work on minimizing elbow usage during a swing. It reduces elbow usage promoting a better swing. When using it, I definitely could tell that I was using my elbow more than I should but it didn't restrict all of my elbow movement which is good. This is a solid training aid if you're having problems with your elbows.The quality is good but not great. It is a bit difficult to put on by yourself. The 4 velcro straps are just a bit small. I don't have massive biceps, but the only way I could get it on was to feed the straps through the strap clasps and then sneak my arm in and tighten asap like in the video on amazon. The padding is adequate but after taking 100 swings my arm started getting sore where the velcro strap was making contact with my skin.The swing training aid does what it says it'll do, so this product gets a solid four out of five stars for me. To get five out of five, I'd need longer velcro straps and more padding throughout the sleeve.

Too bulky and very warm. Really interferes with my swing.
