Awesome resource
Received this book and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I was considering opening my own practice but kept worrying about the billing aspect. This book covers the billing codes and how to document properly to receive payment. This is a guide for those of you who just don’t know where to start. Very helpful resource for me!

Very basic
This was not what I imagined. I’ve been a PMHNP for 5yrs looking to learn more insight into billing and how I can improve and specify my billing codes. This book did not help me at all but definitely may help a newbie.

Concise and Precise
This book covers a lot of what you need to know as a new PMHNP in outpatient practice without being overwhelming. It’s just enough information to start you on your billing and documentation journey. The format of the book, flowsheets and algorithms included also make it an easy and quick reference I can see using when doing billing on a day to day basis.

Not what I expected
I’m a biller and this did not have any billing codes. It did have information on proper documentation of soap notes which was helpful however, I thought it would provide me with some codes too like billing for tests.
