100% works as intended
was able to find the bafang software and get my motor to turn on. i have an error 30 which means my display or controller unit went. i bought a new display and guess what =) it was the controller unit that went hah. so i need to order one of them

It is not the most complicated device, but I've heard that some of the programming cables have issues. This one woks.

depends on the program. some are out of date and othes updated. i just looked around for the latest program. the cables works just dont blame it on the cable itself. also i disconnected the battery or didnt when i flashed it. gotta follow instructions to the ""T" it didint fix the battery gauge that says empty all the time but i know about how far it will go, my bike that is. i did get the assist pedal to working again, i just used one of the provided pre settings that was in file that came with the downloadable settings program. i think the battery gauge just shorted out. i got a voltage checker at walmarts for 11 bucks, i found out my battery has full charge and was not the problem. check one problem at a time and youll figure out how to fix it.

Did not work, had to buy a different cable.
I wondered why it wasn't working with my computer and middrive motor and ended up buying another cable that did work right away. I looked at the voltages from this bad cable compared to the good one using an oscilloscope and this one has a cheap design of a common CH340 USB board that doesn't sent the right voltages to the motor controller. Voltage when sending 0 bit is too high.

Dangerous!
The cable I received only reads if I hold down the throttle of my BBS02, both with the Bafang reprogramming tool, as well as the Speeed app on my phone. Also, while it can read, it would not write to my controller, making it pretty much useless. Do not recommend.

Used this to program my bafang BBS02 using the Speeed App and a Chromebook. Connected to the motor controller flawlessly.

Le câble est ok, juste que ça m’as servi à rien. J’ai pu j’espère me débrouiller ailleurs. J’attends ma commande d’un chargeur d’écran pour vtt électrique. Car l’écran possède une pile à recharger. Je le savais pas à l’achat du vélo.

Habe mir das Kabel für mein E-Bike mit Bafang Heckmotor bestellt. Schnelle Lieferung, sehr gute Verarbeitung, einfache Installation und Konfiguration. Hat alles perfekt geklappt und funktioniert. Anmerkungen : Um die Einstellungen vorzunehmen, sollte man schon etwas technisch versiert sein Ansonsten alles perfekt und klare Kaufempfehlung
