Q: Are the pieces loose inside the frustration free package?

It came in a box, then also in a Amazon box if you choose to hid what's inside for delivery.

The price is about right. Being everything has increased in prices. This is a great toy. My Grand child went crazy over it.

Q: Will the parts of the Silly suite case fit the spiderman heaad?

If they are for the full size Potato Head they should. This is not a Tater Tot. And it is a really great deal compared to how some other Super Hero branded ones are priced.
