Krishna: The Protector of Dharma (Amar Chitra Katha) 5 in 1

I want to understand more about Krishna. I think this is a helpful, basic, introduction to the early life of Krishna.I also want to have a selection of easy to read books about Rama, Ganesha, Hanuman, in my home for my grandchildren to enjoy and learn from.50 years ago, my high school offered a comparative religions class, but did not portray Hinduism very well.This is a first step which should be followed by reading more books in this collection.

It is a good book. Heavily overpriced. Should not be more than 2.5-3 USD.

I remember reading this when I was small. It was a delight to read it again. Anant Pai is a genius.

This is a really good book. The stories of Krishna are depicted as a comic, Good way for the kids to learn our heritage and mythology.

Great art, understandable story. We bought this for our son so he is knowledgeable and well rounded. Great tool for teaching children of all ages, and beautiful story.

Amar Chitra Katha are valuable source of information for kids in a comic book format. They have been enjoyed by nearly 4 generations now. The Kindle edition however is very poorly digitised as a result the print is barely readable.I was hoping to buy all the collection but will now not. I wish it had been properly converted to digital edition. It appears as if someone has scanned a paper copy and put it on the computer.

I am thrilled that my daughter is able to experience and enjoys the same books that I grew up on. Its so hard to get these in the market (as there are so few book stores these days) and the convenience of ordering a large collection from home is just amazing. As its a hardcover, this will withstand rough use. Its a great gift for other kids!

Product was excellent but did repetitive purchase. Out of five stories three were already there in tales of Krishna.amazon should have given detail of titles in its description.anyhow delivery was in excellent condition and well in time.

My 8 year old daughter loved this book. She is a devotee of Krishna and she enjoys Amar Chitra Katha. When she got this one as a gift from me she was elated and I see her reading it with much devotion and joy.

Packaging needs to be better. Such a lovely book, disappointed it has been damaged in delivery transit due to bad packaging.
