Was kind of hesitant at first but replacement was easy as part was exactly as oem part. And bike started second kick and idles great it’s the bike has run in years

Absolutely decent
Was working on a friend of mines 03 blaster and stripped out his choke plunger housing. This was cheap and was decent needle height was set correctly everything was tight ready to go out of the box. Also bonus came with new petcock and screens identical to the factory one as well as the carb

Wrong Throttle Body, No Oil Port
This Carburetor is ALMOST an exact copy of the factory carb with one really important difference, it does not have the oil injection port drilled out....If your not paying attention you will run your oil injected 2 stroke without oil. The oil line will hook up to the carb like the factory card, however, the oil will be blocked before it can get mixed with the fuel. I would guess some guys have smoked their motors because of this discrepancy.I just ended up using some of the parts off of the new unit to rebuild may old one.God Bless you all.

Struggling with this. Might have caused engine dame
Gas wouldnt shut off on the 1st one. 2nd one is good. Uses KEIHIN 5mm jets?? I have ground the keihin jet almost in half to get them to work.The jets in this carb are about the size you need for a 125cc engine. Well a blaster is 195cc. And a 2 stroke needs gas to oil the cylinder. I seized and engine with this carb. Rebuilt the engine. Now I'm rejetting

Great carb
It fired up first kick, didn't even touch the throttle didn't have to adjust anything.I will run bigger jets because I'm running an f.M f header and pipe open in k&n air filter on my 2001 blaster. Definitely would buy again Matter what I did to the original one.It would not run right.I rebuilt it multiple times.
