Very accurate, easily visible display.
What I like most about the Phantom 2 is the large display and the super accuracy. I have compared the displayed distances with various hand held scopes and devices and the Phantom2 is always within a yard or two of discrepancy. It has a very convenient clip, which I clip to my umbrella stand on my Cart Tek electric trolly. There is a handy magnetic back which attaches to a power cart upright which is strong enough to stay in place over bumpy courses and a carabiner to attach to a bag. During my round I use the Golf Canada app for my score and round data, occasionally a scope and the Phantom2, and to be honest I use the Phantom2 99% of the time for my yardages. Also, others in my group will often ask for a reading. I have yet to find a course that is not in the database, both in Canada and the U.S. The Battery life is excellent and I can get multiple rounds on a single charge. I have actively used it for 8 or 9 rounds on a single charge. I wouldn't go out on the course without it.Now my only concerns. I find the menu difficult to navigate in regard to score input, number of players, round data and some other features, but I use my Golf Canada app for that anyway, so that is not an issue for me personally (using all these features may affect battery life)The processor seems a bit slow in the menus and turning the unit on and off. However once it has the course data loaded, the yardage update is in real time, the greens and hazard information identifiable. That said, I would definitely recommend the Phantom2. Its a must have in my bag. I never go out on the course without it.

Very pleased with this purchase!
This range finder lives up to the billing. Easy to find the course you are on, battery lasts long time. Golfed 3 18 hole rounds and plenty of battery life was left. Really like the magnetic feature to attach to cart. Be careful to not forget it when done with your round. :) Very easy to read, which is nice for seniors like myself. Good value. Got it for $99 by waiting for price drop. Nice unit.

Love this thing
Been thinking about getting a golf GPS for quite some time. Glad I chose this one. For the price it's great. It has worked great at every course I've played so far - haven't had to touch it at all. Navigating through the menus isn't the most user-intuitive, but it's easy to read in the brightest of daylight, has a strong magnet to hang on to the cart, and seems to be very accurate.
