I have been eating keto grain free bread for years and these are the worst! Expensive and just plain yucky.

I like these - of course they aren't quite as good as non keto bagels but they are still pretty good and they are going into my rotation. I think these are closer to 4.5 stars than 4.The ingredients are solid- no bad oils etc and a good amount of fiber. (other brands of bagels have too much actually)The middle has a texture that isn't as good as regular bagels - but if you toast them well done, it's not nearly as noticeable. I like my bagels well done, keto or not, so perhaps that's just my preference.

So is this like a real bagel? No, its not. However, it is pretty good. Made a great sandwich earlier! I will order these again.

Tastes like low-carb BREAD in a bagel shape. nowhere near the consistency of a true bagel. my wife likes them. I am not impressed.

It was very good, only the texture wasn't exactly like a bagel. All in all it was good.

I found it chewy and Just didn't like the Consistency.

I'm always in search of grain free bread options, and this is a pretty great one! The taste is good and the bagel is remarkably soft (think white sandwich bread soft). The only thing that I wasn't a huge fan of was the texture while chewing (maybe from the psyllium husk), but I still enjoy the bagels overall and would recommend to anyone out there who needs to eat a grain free diet!

These were really, really bad. They are worse than bland. Complete waste of money.
