They make a mess and take a while but they also fall apart sometimes so it takes even longer

I'll try to find another container to grow this because the hedgehog is cute. But kind of disappointing when the grow container it is supposed to live in for a month arrives split down the side

We ordered pink and revived a box that said pink. It was purple. Made a little girl upset because colors are very important to her at this time. Also the crystals aren’t growing nearly the same as the other one we revived which was blue (as ordered). Not sure if it was a bummer pack that was supposed to be pink or if colors affect the difference. Been a fun little science project for the kids though.

5 year old obsessed with rocks and crystals had a blast making these! Easy to use and grew well.

It never actually sunk to the bottom like the instructions said it would. It also floated belly up so it was impossible to keep it in the center of the cup. All of these issues caused the crystals not to grow properly. They’re also very fragile and can’t be touched. Buy the Nat Geo brand instead. Much better quality.

Waste of time. Product doesn’t work as it is stated. Hedgehog will sink but belly up so it ends up the shape of the cup. These were a Christmas gift so I purchased back in October…. Very disappointed as I can’t even get a refund.Oh, and the cup was broken so we had to use a different one for one of the two.
