Coin scratched in sealed case
So its 3 parts when it arrives. The square holder the base and the coin in a sealed plastic case. You split the square case that's hinged. Place the coin in what is a 6 ply heavy duty plastic wrap. Close the square on it to seal it. Then put the square on the base.Trouble is my coin is scratched in the sealed coin holder, a straight line from the top of the D to the top of the coin. Further, I really can't believe that the plastic wrap will not stretch or discolor over time. While time will tell and I cannot say for sure I highly doubt I'm wrong.
