It's beautiful and seems very well made
My contractor is going to put this in our new pocket door, along with the recessed knob on the face. When the door is fully open and in the pocket, you need some kind of end pull, and this one will do the job. It has a little spring that keeps the handle in place. The pull is easy to get to and lift; it wouldn't break your fingernails. It needs to be inletted, so this is not a job for the ham-handed. It would have been nice if it included some instructions on cutting the hole, but anyone experienced with mortising should be able to do it. Mark things off, drill and chisel carefully, test fit.

Nice looking, solid pull
I bought this as replacement hardware for a pocket door that had lost its pull. The perimeter fit the hole just fine, but I had much chiseling to do to get this one installed. It took a while, but it works just fine.

Nice piece of hardware
As a homeowner it was a little daunting to install my first pocket door. This piece of hardware makes it easy to open the door once it’s closed. I wished there were more instructions as all that came with it was the hardware. I am not super happy with the finished look, but I am a typical over critical home woodworker and all I can see is the mistakes and flaws in my installs. If I ever install another door I wouldn’t hesitate to but again but would use a different technique to install.
