Let me start off this review by saying these compression sleeves are of excellent quality, feel good against the skin, and they really do help with my knee pain. I was skeptical about a stretchy tube of fabric being able to help me, but I’m now a believer. Now let’s talk about the fit. It is VERY important to get an accurate measurement (especially if you’ve got fluffier thighs like I do). I originally ordered a large, according to the size chart. But after receiving them and wearing for only a short time, they ended up being too tight at the thighs and very uncomfortable. So I measured again and quickly realized I was going to need to contact the seller. The first time I measured prior to ordering, I couldn’t find my tailor’s tape so I just used a string and a standard contractor’s tape measure. Which put me at the top end of needing a large. This time, I used my actual tailor’s tape, and sure enough, I should’ve gotten the XL. This is why my review title stresses getting an accurate measurement! I screwed up, so don’t be me! Lol Thankfully, the seller was understanding and even encouraged me to measure a third time to be sure of the size, since you only get one chance at replacement (understandable). The XL pair arrived this afternoon and I can happily say that they fit great. And I will definitely purchase these again once they wear out. Which I don’t expect to happen anytime soon because they truly are very good quality and very well made. Oh, and I was honestly expecting to have issues with them rolling down at the thighs because of my chubby leg shape, but nope! They stay put for the most part. I do have to slightly adjust every couple of hours, but that’s to be expected with just about any article of clothing or item that offers support.

The Modvel Compression Knee Brace for Women has allowed me to walk with no pain due to a hamstring injury while working in my yard. I walk more that 4 miles daily and after my injury, it was difficult to obtain my daily walking goals. After several weeks, I still wear the brace while on my daily walks. However, I do not wear the brace when I am less active. It worked wonder for my pain. I haven't missed a day's walk since I began wearing it. I ordered a small size, and it was snug at first, but fits perfectly now. I was really impressed with the quality. And is comfortable to the point of me forgetting that I am wearing a brace. I actually believe I could wear it all time, comfortably, except when sleeping. Last but not least, I love the fact it looks really cool on my leg. I love the Neon Green so much that I purchased the Orange, getting ready for Halloween! I'm 76 and thought that, as a precaution, I will be wearing the Compression Knee Brace for as long as I can go on my daily walks.

I'd give them five stars but some of the threading is pulling loose, so I'll need to repair one. They are definitely worth the money if you have knee issues. I bought them to help with my knee hyperextension problems, and they work surprisingly well! These help stop my muscles from overworking trying to keep my knees from bending incorrectly. I wear them as more of a preventative now, as the pain is mostly gone :) I will say, if you have pots or another blood pooling issue you should probably pair them with compression socks. My knees no longer swell, but my feet and calves do if I'm not wearing compression socks. Surprisingly they don't pull my leg hair much at all, and stay pretty firmly in place (with some creasing behind the knee). I measured using cm on the size chart to be more precise, and got a large since I was between a medium and large. I haven't tried them for exercise yet, but I think they'll do well.

Fit was great, comfortable, and stays in place. Perfect for that little bit of added support.

I was a bit skeptical when buying these as I have bought similar compression knee braces in the past and been disappointed by the material quality and the compression factor. Not with these. The material is super strong and durable. Very thick. And because I know I'm a big girl I decided not to get the XL but instead get the L...I was right. It took me a little while to get them over my knees but once on they fit snug. Not tight...but a firm taut grip around the knees. They are my new favorite items and I will Definitely be purchasing more in the future

Nurse for 45 years and still working, due to my degenerative disc disease in my back ( no pain due to decompression by an excellent chiropractor!) but I still have some mild shakiness in my left knee/ leg making me feel “ wobbly “ when I am standing in one spot, even though it only affects my L leg I decided to wear them on both knees yesterday during orientation at my new job and I am thrilled with how much it helped! I am about to order a second set so I will always have a clean pair to wear, a HUGE THANK YOU to this company for such a high quality product at a very affordable price, also they are so comfortable I almost forgot I was wearing them 😊 make certain that you measure your leg 4” above your kneecap and check the recommended chart for what size to order, these stayed in place all day with no problem 😊

The sizing was wrong for me - My measurement was near the top end of one range, and the size it suggested was too small, so I re-ordered one size larger, and it was a perfect fit. That may not be everyone's experience, however. The brace seems well made and supports my knee quite well. It's also comfortable to wear for hours. I'd definitely buy again.

I bought these knee braces for my mom after she fell a few months ago and started having trouble with one of her knees. She had tried another brace before, but it got uncomfortable after wearing it for just a few minutes. These braces have made a big difference for her. She can walk with much less pain, and she really likes how they fit and feel. They’re comfortable enough for her to wear all day without bothering her. The customer support is also exceptional. We had a minor issue with the braces, but it was resolved after just one email exchange. They replaced the braces very quickly and made the whole process easy. Overall, my mom is very happy with them!

I like the product as it provides support to my knees in exercise. I have tried it in beach volleyball game, and I didn’t feel soreness or pulling in my knee caps after 3-hr game (normally feeling that without knee compression sleeves) This is value for money as it comes in a pair. Also the material is not too thick and breathable, providing sufficient support. For measurement, my kneecap measurement is 14” and the measurement for 4” above kneecap is 17”. M size fits very well for me. (my height is 160cm and US size 6 if helps)
