I don't know what they put in this shampoo- but it works like magic. I don't understand the reviews where it's saying it's making people's hair feel like straw. I get highlights every 3-4 months and my hair has been feeling dry, damaged, and frizzy. I have big curls/ wavy hair and it became unmanageable. I decided I would try this because I love the hair mask they have. It works better than olaplex (which did nothing). This shampoo lathers amazing! It makes my hair feel silky and super soft. This isn't the type of shampoo that's going to make your hair squeaky clean like a, but more of a moisturized feel, but still clean, and not stripped of oils. Kind of like a no-poo type of cleanser. This mixed with the conditioner is a miracle. After the conditioner- I comb my hair in the shower (for us curly girls to get clumps) and my comb glides through my hair with hardly any tangles. That alone is amazing because it protects from breakage because you don't have to pull through all the knots. After one use my hair was soft and silky and manageable, and my curls didn't look fried.

I have tape in extensions and if you know how dry and tangled they can become then you need to buy everything from this product line! I totally did! I started with the deep conditioning treatment, then I bought the oil and then I bought the shampoo and leave in. It’s like they took my extensions back to when I first put them in! Soft silky beautiful hair that I can’t stop touching. I can never go back to anything else. And for what I paid for the whole line is like the equivalent of one bottle of shampoo from a salon.

I LOVE this shampoo. I have fine, slightly wavy hair and it makes my hair feel so soft! Quality ingredients! Only down side (which is why I took a star away) is that Amazon keeps sending this product in a bag so it keeps showing up broken open and leaking out. Probably going to start buying this from another site.

I must say, I found this shampoo to be very soft on my hair and I like that it serves as a good and clean option for me. I am very particular about avoiding chemicals and hazardous ingredients in my hair products, and this one has definitely done the job. It not only feels fantastic, but it is also quite affordable. I am confident in my decision to repurchase this shampoo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and safe option for their hair care routine.

It’s a decent shampoo but it’s not giving “clean” as much as “moisturized”

I have bleached hair and this shampoo is great to wash with because i struggle with oily hair and then dry ends too. It’s a dilemma. This shampoo does not strip my hair it makes it less oily and cleans it but my hair feels healthy and soft still after a shower. The smell since a lot of people ask about scents honestly I don’t even notice. I do need to use a decent amount to lather but again I have oily hair and a lot of hair. I have tried many shampoos to try and deal with this problem and this is my solution!!!

I tried this shampoo and conditioner set for about 4 months. At first, I loved it and my hair felt so smooth and sleek. A little greasy, yes, but it still felt good overall. About a month ago I noticed that my hair was feeling really thin all over, and after wearing a wig for a costume party it broke off the hair around my hairline COMPLETELY! I legitimately have a bald spot now! I started putting the pieces together, and now after completely stopping use of these products and switching to a strengthening hair regime for the past 6 weeks or so, I can finally start to feel my hair getting thicker again like it used to be. Be careful using this stuff.

My hair is extremely long, thick, curly and dry and I have struggled for years to find a good shampoo that doesn’t leave a buildup or over dry my hair. This is it! I love this brand so much. I have about 75% of the entire hair and skincare line and I have yet to find anything better than this. The smell isn’t overwhelming, and it was a much larger bottle than I had expected. It makes my hair silky soft while still cleaning it and doesn’t over dry my scalp or hair. I’m a cosmetologist and even with access to a supply house full of professional hair products this is by far the best option and choice I have ever used.
