Go for it- Great quality
Check the colors before purchase as each color is associated with a particular weight. Adults can start with red. The yellow one is good for elderly or children. This is a good product. Exactly how it is shown in the product images.

Poor Quality
full band set purchased in June 2021. Hardly used 6-7 times. Grey band snapped and came loose from one of the handles
