I don’t work at the NCIS lab with Gibbs, so I assume these are made from real coconut. But they certainly are buttons. Mine came with thread, needle, and other stuff (see image). But yes, I got the buttons that looked like what was on the website pictures so “yeah,” and all that happy joy joy stuff. If you ever want tiny brownish buttons. These are probably the buttons you seek.

The buttons are just under 1/2". This is not 5/8". They are small. I will find another use fot them.

These buttons are cute and are exactly as described.

They were nice buttons and a good size, but ultimately too small for what I needed. Also, I thought they were wood but they felt like plastic so I returned them.

I was actually hoping for a slightly more rustic coconut shell appearance.At first, I did not even believe they were made of coconut until I cut one button open and burned it to verify it was actually made of coconut. Note: They do not look as natural as they do in the main picture. The video clip has a more accurate representation of what they look like.

They were way to small for my project. Once again I'm using them for a crocheted baby cardigan. I wish I could exchange them for a little bigger ones.
