Finger Splint
The immobilizer worked perfectly for my need. I liked how I was able to adjust the straps to fit my hand. The size was perfect and the velcro was of excellent quality. The splint was easy to apply.

really works !!
bought this for my middle & finger ring, after I had an operation to my fingers and they started to curb, no matter how much therapy I did they just wouldn't straighten up, I bought this because I was desperate, well... to my surprise just wearing this for 2 days I immediately saw an improvement...I got to admit the first day my hand and fingers was throbbing from pain..that's from the brace doing its thing..but I had to tolerate it if I wanted to see results....it's been 1 month now...and my fingers are almost straight..one thing u need to know..u have to keep it on all day all night ..don't stop using it just because your fingers look fine..or else they will curb again, you need the bones to adjust...at first I couldn't get used to it..but now I don't even feel it....I remove it only for therapy..i still have a hard time doing a fist ..but i'm getting there slowly...the only problem is, you need to buy more than one set..because it gets used up and old looking really quickly, it's washable but looks used so I need another fresh pair for when I go out.

With one slight mod, this is a great brace
I have tendonitis in the knuckles between my index and middle fingers on my hand. I bought this to wear while not at work to immobilize those fingers. It does a great job of that. But... It holds the fingers too close to each other, to the point of making them very, very sore and achy. I resolved this by buying a little piece of foam designed to keep toes from touching each other, and putting that between my fingers before putting the brace on. The brace is bendable so you can contour it. But, my tendonitis was too bad when I got it to be able to bend it myself. But I think most people should be able to. I do wish the seams were seen and not glued, as I can't see how this glue can hold up to long term use. But, so far, so good. I can't wear it to work, as I mouse with the hand I wear it on. But it's comfortable enough (with the foam installed) to wear for driving, at night, and to bed. This seems to really be helping me heal.

Good splint but bad workmanship
Splint is good and keeps my wrist and fingers immobilized, but one of the straps came torn and side of the splint have sharp edge that rubs on he finger next to it. see the pictures. I will be returning the splint for another one as there is no option to just get the strap replaced. I knocked one more star. The velcro on the replacement brace stopped working in less than a week, I will be returning that one too, I knocked it down to 1 star. I went through four of these in 5 weeks. I will have to find something else. The last one fell apart at the seam.

Works well but wears out quickly.
I used this to splint a depuytren's contracture at night when i sleep. It works well and prevents my fingers from curling/contracting. It has a thin metal plate in a padded sleeve that lends it rigidity. It's flexible enough you can adjust it but rigid enough to hold your fingers in place reliably. It has adjustable velcro straps to hold your fingers and hand to the splint. It works. The downside is its not very durable. The velcro wears out after a few weeks. But the worst part is the metal plate wears out the ends of the splint then slides out either toward the wrist or toward the tip of the fingers. It should be better reinforced. When that happens you need to buy a new splint. They're cheap. It's not a huge deal. Just a little bit of reinforcement at the ends of the metal plate would dramatically increase the life of these. What I've found is I can reuse some of the velcro straps from the old splints (the finger straps are removable) and use those to reinforce the ends of the splints.

So glad I found this!
I broke my middle finger 2 weeks ago and the ER Dr put me in a metal splint with an ace wrap to my wrist. I was constantly really wrapping and adjusting the Ace wrap as it got to loose or tight. Ace wraps also get dirty fast and look terrible, not to mention how hot and uncomfortable they are. So I was happy to find this splint on Amazon to immobilize my finger have stability I need while the broken bone heals. I put the broken finger and the ring finger both in the splinters for the most comfortable feel. Simular to the buddy splint effect. This feels so good on my hand and so easy to adjust if needed. It is a quality product and I highly recommend it to anyone who need to stabilize a finger 'or two'. I got the medium.

Great for painful fingers and to use in hot weather or with ice packs
I live in a hot climate state and have ulner tunnell syndrome which causes painful pinkie/ring finger. PROS 1. It has long straps so an ice pack can be tucked under wrist area or finger area and strapped in. 2. The open frame of the whole unit allows skin to breath - a blessing in hot climates when a fully enclosed splint would make your wrist/fingers sweat too much 3. It holds my pinkie/ring finger still and away from the others and is long enough to go over the 2 fingers preventing anything from touching the 2 fingertips which are very sensitive. 5. Brace keeps everything aligned. 6. Material is easily hand washed when needed and of a nylon? type material which will last 7. Straps hold. CONS None
