REDMOND REAL SALT Coarse Salt, 16 OZ

As I've been trying to make small but intentional swaps for higher-quality ingredients in my kitchen, this salt has been one of my favorite purchases. I liked that it's an unrefined salt with naturally occurring trace minerals, and I also appreciated that it's mined in the USA. Those details made it an easy choice for me. The coarse crystals are a consistent size and work perfectly in my salt grinder without clogging or creating uneven grinds. The flavor is clean and well-balanced. I wouldn't necessarily describe it as dramatically different from every other salt, but it has a pleasant, mild taste that enhances food without being overly sharp or harsh. I use it daily for cooking or sprinkling in some water for some quick electrolytes and minerals. The refill bag is also a great value and keeps my grinder full, which is much more convenient than buying disposable grinders over and over. If you're looking for a simple pantry upgrade or trying to be more intentional about the ingredients you use, I think this is an excellent option. The quality is noticeable, it's easy to use, and I'll definitely be buying it again.

Tastes Great, I can really tell a difference from standard table salt, Himalayan pink sea salt and REAL SALT!

I bought this for my salt grinder. Other brands of salt did not work in the grinder, no problem with this brand at all! Will buy more as needed.

I'm always looking for the best food products and I have found this salt to be just that. I can truly tell the difference in the flavor of my food when I use Redmond's compared to any other "healthier" salt I've tried. I will never go back to any other salt after using Redmond's. Oh and it works great in my Finamill spice grinder.
