The leash we had ordered (large black leash with yellow lettering to represent our rugby club colors) was not available, so they shipped me a red large leash with yellow writing that was super sloppy. It wasn't in the center of the leash and actually "swerved" They also sent a small black leash with yellow lettering, which is why I said good customer service. It was a good attempt, I guess, but in reality...a small black leash won't do for a Saint Bernard and red/yellow mix doesn't really do the job either. I'm currently not using either leash which just seemed like a waste of their resources. My dog is an emotional support dog who travels with our rugby club (Indian River Rugby Club). He has to look professional.

The leash is so cute! Wherever we go, people say "hi!" to Maggie & she gets all excited because she thinks they must be her friend because they know her name.

It's a great leash, but I asked for it to say "Linux" and instead it says "Linux Linux". Not a huge deal, but it looks a little odd. I guess they have to have two words?
