LaurastarIGGI Handheld Steamer in Pure White: Disinfects Fabrics & More

Hi, this is my second time couldn’t open the cap since you sent me the replacement. It’s the same issue again. Is there anywhere I can send for repairing?

First off, the seller gets 5 stars. This review is not about the seller. It’s not their fault the product wasn’t what I expected, and they gave me a full refund in a timely manner. Kudos to them.Now, as for the product itself—it’s useless! I was so excited to get it in the mail. I researched forever trying to find the perfect steamer. But no where in my research did I read that this product has one fatal flaw. The size of the water tank is only really big enough to steam 1 and a half shirts at a time. No problem, I’ll just refill it real quick. Nope! Sorry, you have to wait 30 MINUTES to refill the tank, because of the pressurization. The whole purpose of paying this much for a steamer is that it’s pressurized steam so it works faster, right? At least, that was the main selling point for me, but if you have to wait 30 minutes to refill the tank, it’s not really faster is it? At first I thought meh, maybe I can keep it for travel, but it’s not really ideal for that either because it’s so heavy, and again, even when I’m traveling, I’m going to need to steam at least 2 items at a time.That said, if you have very small steaming jobs, I think this is still a really good product. It is extremely high quality and luxe feeling. It’s fun to use. I could see using this maybe to disinfect small toys or something, but it’s not practical to dewrinkle clothing. Not that it doesn’t do the job, it does, and fast! But with the water tank situation being what it is it’s simply not practical at all for daily use.
