It was sticky...
Just what I wanted....cheap, sticky enough to get my fabric bundled for the rummage sale. Not high quality, but I wanted cheap!

adhesive is horrible
The tape will curl back up because of lack of adhesive. It's a good one for if you want to make art and want to remove the tape from paper after a few mins. Not ideal for taping things together though.
