Does the job of keeping my head cooler

I love these hats because they are nice and light. I've purchased other more expense hats that look great but are heavy. These do the job better with no frills!

This hat keeps your head from feeling too hot while in the sauna so that's good. It also makes you look like Papa Smurf. If you're going to look dumb, buy the one with horns and revel in the look!

Seemed great, a little on the small side, but shrunk another ~10% after first use in the sauna (175 degrees F). Would fit a child now and not usable unless you have a really small head.

I love these sauna hats! As a Finn-Swede, I do love to sauna. I'm using infrared heat, so in a steam sauna, your mileage may vary. But in an infrared sauna for someone with shoulder-length hair, these are perfect hats. I was worried about trapping additional heat in my head and not being able to handle the higher temps, but that did not happen. I think it's really important to protect your hair from the heat while you're in the sauna, and these do the trick. I apply a little bit of oil to my hair and put this hat on upside-down with my hair up in the top and I'm good to go. I don't feel like it's anything that I'm going to need to wash any time soon - the hat doesn't seem to get sweaty or wet, which makes sense because it's more "resting" on top of my hair, not right up on my scalp. I'm a smaller sized female but the fit is perfect. For the price, to get two sauna hats that I can swap out, finding this brand and this package was better than what I was expecting. I definitely recommend!
