I wish there was a way to give it LESS than one star - not only for the product but for the crappy customer service of the seller.Product: Results will clearly vary, that is obvious from the review. If you really feel you want to try this product purchase the smallest quantity possible just incase your results are less than satisfactory because you will not get your money back. Forget the money back guarantee listed on the sellers website - they will not honor it and will find any reason not to refund your money, including quoting "exceptions" that are not posted.I used a black light, followed the instructions and long story short, the product caused the contained urine stains to spread well beyond the original parameters. It discolored my soft beige carpet a deep dirty yellow brown color and a red color in one corner. After multiple treatments the odor was no better and the stain was unbelievable. Before using the product the stain was not noticeable and now it is so discolored you cannot miss it! I ordered the MisterMax stain remover at the same time I ordered the icky poo pro kit, as a last ditch effort to try to undo the damage - it did not help.I even tried the suggestions of some of the reviewers by pulling up the carpet and removing the pad in an effort to achieve success with this product. After hours of frustration and I simply wanted a refund - dealing with the seller was a joke. It has been a learning experience.Purchase the product at your own risk, use it cautiously and avoid purchasing from Sell 4 Less 4 U.

Don't do what I did and use every OTHER product under the sun to remove cat pee. You are wasting your time, money, and effort. This stuff works. Thanks to my vet's recommendation I have finally found the real solution. If you have done what I did and already used other cleansers be sure to use the P-Bath first before applying the Anti Icky Poo, which makes this Pro Kit perfect. It comes with everything you need...the P-Bath, Anti-Icky Poo, spay bottles, refills, even the carpet injector (which is essential if you can't lift up your carpet!). It's an incredible value. Even if it seems overkill you'll end up using it. The affected areas need to be saturated and if you have cats you'll need to check walls for "spray." This stuff can be sprayed on walls too. In fact it can be used just about anywhere...even on wood. If using a black-light to search out accidents, according to Anti Icky Poo's AWESOME customer service who actually called me on the phone within 10 minutes of receiving an email from me with a question, not all black-lights are created equal. Even when using the best some areas can be missed, so they recommend, and I agree, that the best idea is to get a pump sprayer (like a garden sprayer) and just spray everything...the carpet or whatever. Treat areas you know about specifically and spray a "top coat" on everything else just in case you missed an area your pet will want to return to. If you don't have lots of pet pee to deal with, either now or in the future, it can be used for any kind of odor removal. Of course it works for dogs and other kinds of pets too, but some people use it in their laundry, the kitchen, bathrooms, garbage cans, etc.... The uses are practically endless and it doesn't get old. As far as I'm concerned the Pro Kit is a "no-brainer." Once you use one gallon you'll be back for more and if purchased separately...well...you see what I mean.

I've tried pretty much every pet urine remover on the market, after caring for an elderly rescue dog whose housetraining fell victim to Cushing's disease and dementia. Anti Icky Poo is absolutely the best, without question. I really thought I was going to have to rip my wall-to-wall carpet out, but the P-bath pre-treatment combined with liberal application of AIP saved it. Both P-bath and AIP were applied, following the directions exactly, with the carpet injector (between the carpet and pad), thoroughly spraying the carpet surface, and rubbing the spray in a bit with fingers to make sure it got throughout the carpet fibers. The worst areas did require a repeat treatment, but eventually ALL the odor and stains disappeared.For fresh deposits (pee, poop, puke), just soak up as much as possible with paper towels first, then spray liberally with AIP and use your fingers to ensure the AIP is evenly distributed throughout the carpet fibers. Once it dries, you'll never know there was an accident there.

I have an animal rescue in my house and have been searching for the best product to get rid of the pee smell (from both dogs and cats). I have tried many, many products. Most did not work very well. What I found is that this product actually does what it says~!I was quite amazed~!!Since I had used so many other products before, I pre-treat spots with the P-Bath. (It has quite a strong scent so I use it sparingly and then leave the room for awhile) Once that dries, I spray the Icky-Poo generously. I have to say - room by room - my house smells better every day!! And because of that - the marking is reduced. I am very, very grateful for this product~!Another example of how I know this product works: I have a male cat who has sprayed for years (even while on Prozac). He recently started spraying my kitchen counter...over and over in the same spot. Bleach and other sprays could not get the smell out.But Icky-Poo did. It worked~! The smell is gone from that spot. (I know because I put my nose to the counter to smell it!)This product will be a staple in our house from now on.
