It's shoulder strip is very thin, looks like aprain.Unless u have very good physique like bodybuilder it will not look good on u.I suggest u shouldn't buy this vest

Leaves colour on wash I haves washed it nearly 7 times still leaves colour. Fit is good, stretchable enough.good for workout
