Good battery life, and very comfortable/light
I love how small and handsome this Bluetooth headset is. It isn’t too big so it doesn’t look weird to use it all day when walking around. The switch to turn it on and the multi button for calls and voice assistant is very useful. Picks up your voice very well even in noisy environments. I usually have the volume near the highest level. This is because I’m a truck driver and it gets noisy when I’m working and talking. Because of this I get about 7.5 hours of talk time. The advertised talk time is “up to 9 hours”. I could see this being probably if you had it at 50% or lower volume, which is a more normal level I use when not driving or in a noisy room. So I think the 7 or so hours is very good and better than most headsets. My wife does say sometimes she can hear the wind or background noise a bit, but it’s much quieter and does not drown out my voice. When using most Bluetooth earbuds, the mic quality doesn’t match a good headset. Wind noise and other background noise drowns out your voice. I also have to say, the button is placed perfectly. It’s just right so that when you press it it does not make your ear uncomfortable or push into the ear at all. My only small complaint, the included ear gels do keep the headset from falling out, but do not create a good seal. Many Bluetooth headsets get drained too quickly because people have the volume so loud. If you push the headset into your ear a bit to create a tight seal, it’s much louder at lower volume. I’m used to earbuds that have the more plug like ear tips that create a seal. Yes, that does make it so you don’t hear outside noise, but it’s a mono headset in one ear anyways. All in all, you can’t beat this price. It’s an excellent headset with fantastic mics and button functionality. It’s easy to wear all day or drop into a pocket and forget that it’s even there. I use mine all day long and it never hurts or annoys me. I’m honestly thinking of getting a second one for those long 12 hour work days where one won’t last me!!

GREAT product. I highly recommend it over cheaper alternatives!
I use my Bluetooth earpiece 80% for listening to music when I hike or workout, and 20% of the time for talking on the phone. So, the fit needs to be great, as does the sound quality. I owned a Jabra earpiece that I liked very much, but the battery recently died after about 5 years. I picked up a cheaper ($20) replacement on Amazon, hoping it would do the job. Not even close. It didn't fit correctly, the sound was bad, the instructions were gibberish and there was no website. I wrote a bad review for it, and Amazon took the product down two days later. Lesson learned. This new Jabra earpiece is a joy. It fits perfectly, there's plenty of support, the battery life is great (I charge nightly), the sound quality is excellent, and the controls are well-placed and easy to use. It's a 5-star product, definitely worth the few extra bucks!

It does a good job.
It's comfortable and not loose in the ear. It connects to your phone and computer at the same time (something that like). It redials the last number with a double click. Sound quality for conversations it's good. For music it's ok. Battery life it's good, in my case I use it a lot and I have to charge it every two or three days.

Simple Phone Bluetooth
I did not charge the battery fully out of the box. It was super easy to pair with my phone and it show it had full battery. The item is as describe. The product box does say 9 hrs of battery life, I talk on the phone for 3 hours and the Bluetooth went from displaying as full to half after 3 hours. I don’t know yet if the battery can last up to 9 hours, but it should last 5-6 hrs if you listen to music non-stop. Callers can hear me clearly through it and I. An hear them clearly too. It’s light weights and does not bother my ear.It does not have voice command and does not state there is noise cancelling. It is still a great Bluetooth at a great price.

Save Your Money & Buy Something Better
Have to say that this Jabra is better than the other brand I bought before it...which was returned the same day. Still, it’s nowhere near as good as the Jabra I had for nearly 10 years. That one sounded great, was easy to use, worked with my Siri, and had great battery life. This one isn’t hard to use. You press a button, wait for the beep, and give it a command. Where it falls short is that most Bluetooth headsets are “one-touch”. Here you have to either press twice or hold the button for a good 3-4 seconds before it will allow you to give a command. If you just press it quickly, you will hear “Connected” and nothing else will happen. It’s just an annoying quirk of this product. It’s not terribly comfortable and the sound quality is lacking.I probably would’ve been better off splurging for something else.

Great headset for the money.
Got it yesterday, so can't speak to longevity, but this is such an upgrade from version 1! I've had two Jabra Talk 1s (that I've lost out of my pocket) which have been reliable, but this one works great for phone and I've been listening to one stream or another almost all day before nearing empty. I work 12 hour days.... So the 9 hour talk time seems spot on. And the radio is stronger so having walking away from the phone a short distance or carrying the phone in the pocket opposite of the headset isn't a problem like it was for the older model. Also, both the ear nub and the hook hold the headset in place MUCH more comfortably and with better stability. The sound quality is very clear and loud enough for the industrial environment where I work.

Bad Quality product-did not last long!!!
The device worked fine for a while (but it has low volume), then out of the blue, it started to disconnect from the device and I started to receive messages from the device (connected....disconnected...) that drove me crazy, besides the fact that I actually lost calls because it was disconnected and use my phone on vibration mode, so it won't cause noise during office meetings. So, now it is stored on my night desk's drawer, keeping company to some other bad quality devices that I won't ever use again!!
