Technician Ismail was extremely professional, punctual, and very supportive during the installation process. We truly appreciate his prompt response when we experienced excessive noise — he quickly identified and resolved the issue efficiently.However, we would like to highlight a concern regarding the treadmill design. For users above 5'7" in height, the current setup can be slightly uncomfortable, as it requires leaning forward to access the heart rate sensors and other controls. It would be beneficial if future models included adjustable height features or relocated these functions to the side handles for easier access.Overall, excellent service by the technician, but there's room for improvement in the treadmill's ergonomic design.

The item is still working fine after one year. Very sturdy. Good to own this treadmill.

Very easy to install. A well designed and sturdy product. I would suggest to use powder for putting the sponges on the massager bars…else u struggle.

Well after a lot of research, found SPARNOD STH-4200 suitable for my body weight & requirements. A feature rich model and I got it at a good price(Amazon Great Summer Sale). The machine was delivered under 24 hours and it was installed with a demo in the next 6 hours. The technician was knowledgeable and humble.The machine weighs about 60 Kgs and is of the ideal size.The attachments such as twister, dumbbells & belt massager are worthy add ons.

Worth it: Relatively Low noise when running ; works well at different speeds and inclines; convinient to store; handle bar may be a bit too low for taller people.. no complaints otherwise
