Some colour pencils are breaking while sharpening
I received my prismacolor premier col-erase 24 set yesterday in a thin cheap white plastic amazon envelope on the floor of my porch.I opened my package and saw the pencils were unsharpened.I'm disappointed that some of my colour pencils keep breaking while sharpening. I tried contacting product support and chose the country Canada and entered my city province, address etc but the form keeps insisting I enter a zip code which is US. I tried putting a space and withouggt between the middle of the Postal Code. I used Chrome and internet explorer and the same problem in both.I tried calling support but no answer.
