Returned the product immediately on receipt as it is powered by a chargeable battery pack and is not direct powered by electricity, the charging process seemed inconvenient hence returned immediately.Vendor has not mentioned this anywhere else I would not have ordered; but, thanks to Amazon's return policy one can confidently order anything and return for a full refund if unsatisfied.

Product is great, installation is easy, but where it became irksome for me was the charging aspect of this device, it uses lithium ion batteries that need a seperate charger and no where in the product nor in the product is it specified to get a charger seperately, the camera arrives with a USB type charger, that doesn't charge the camera at all just keeps it on at all times. So bear in mind if you're purchasing this get the li-on battery charger with an input of Dc 5v 1-2A and with that get a charging brick that has a charging input of 100-240V and an output of 2.1amp, 5V.Other than this the product works great, is robust and very interactive, also for the app to setup the devic Use Stavix it was the easiest to use for setup.

Very bad product. Never buy it. I buy it April 2023 and now it is not working. No replacement no any repair available.

The product is average quality. There is always delay in the app that alerts you on the mobile. There is no easy way to supress the bells on the mobile except opening the app (which takes time).The software is chinese that requires access to your network.For keeping any footage you need to buy the subscription which is costly and recurring.The motion detection is not so good, often it records after the person is gone from the frame.

This doorbell can be easily configured with the help of the videos provided by their support team on WhatsApp. Battery life and customer Support is very good which is important. You can stick it to the wall with the provided 3M tape.I found the wireless range of Chime less compared to another non-video wireless bell I have.However, the main reason I bought this is for wireless video and Alexa integration. The integrations works fine however, sometimes there may be a delay due to network latency. Infact, I found the notifications on their app to be much faster and reliable than Alexa.Overall, a good product and best in this price range. I suggest using the combination of all available options, that is chime + Stavix app + Alexa. You can use chime as the primary receiver and Echo devices as an additional chime in the other rooms. Multi user sharing through their app is a plus.

Device is good. Installed few days back. Connected/ linked with multiple mobile phones both IPhone and Android. Had problem in link with iPhone to android initially, which was resolved by a very courteous lady representative of customer care through chat itself. Very prompt in reply. I found some scratches on device, but I was assured by Customer Care that device is new and there is no technical issues. Sound quality and motion detection notification is good. It is working beyond expectations
