I have been struggling with cancer and having mouth ulcers. These drops are fantastic. They really coat my mouth and give me tons of relief. They also last a long time so I can either use them for repair or prepare for a meal by sucking on one for awhile, taking it out, eating and then sucking on it again. They offer great relief to make eating easier and less painful. I'm so glad I discovered them. In fact I need to order more! I highly recommend them!

Had the longest 😩 running sore throat of my life. Hate the taste of Cepacol. But needed a "Caine for my pain."These work. A relative just had a swallow test with camera. Its left her in pain. These left her to sleep soundly.They are bigger than most lozenges so they last longer than say a Ludens.My only wish is for a flavor choice, a variety pack of grape, pineapple, apple and cherry with no artificial sweeteners nor alternative sugars.

Cancer patients getting radiation typically have extremely sore and raw throats. It is next to impossible for them to get any food or fluid in. I got this for my patients to see if it would numb their throats enough to get anything into them and it has worked perfectly. It can be a little overwhelming, so many of them put it in for 10 minutes then take it out, put it back in, take it out, etc. instead of using a new lozenge each time.

Discovered these while sick with a sore throat and an awful cough from post-nasal drip cough. Between my husband and I, we purchased at least eight varieties of cough drops and these were the only brand that gave lasting relief for that tickle in the back your throat.I would also recommend for mouth irritation due to night guards, Invisalign (maybe traditional braces too, but I can't say from personal experience), and stimulant medication (I had to stop my ADHD meds while sick and I always get ulcers for the first week or so after being off--these are a godsend).I am also not a fan of menthol or mint of any kind and the only other brand that gave significant relief had the benzocaine + menthol. I don't know whether this brand has any other flavors, but the orange is very tasty.

I was very sick with tonsillitis, my throat was so sore and torn up I was given liquid lidocaine to gargle! Regular menthol cough drops hurt and burned my throat, minty herbal cough drops burned my throat. THESE DID NOT! They were very very soothing.
