It's spicy and a little sweet at the same time. I take a shot before meals to help with digestion. This would taste great on salads with a little oil as well. It also helps loosen phlegm a bit.

I will definitely buy this on a regular basis for my gut health. This stuff works amazing

I'm new to fire cider so this is the first time I've tried it so I can't compare it to others. I tried it first by a tablespoon full and my eyelids peeled back (just kidding, it wasn't too bad, just that vinegar/spice hits you!) so now I just add it to water and enjoy it much more. It's actually a very clean herbal flavor that way, rather than a strong vinegar flavor. I'm a fan! I hope it helps with overall gut health...will see if I notice any improvement - so far after a few days of using it, there's been no adverse effects and I do think it helps.

I got my first bottle of fire cider from my daughter in law, whose doctor recommended it. She didn’t like the taste. I can’t say I enjoy the taste, BUT it is terrific for the nights when I have a little tickle in my throat that leads to coughing. The heat in this stuff clears my throat and even my sinuses! So I keep buying and using it for that one purpose.

Amazon recommended this as a replacement for my S&S to Dr. Mercola's Bio Thin (formerly Keto). Just received today, so have tasted yet, I'm hoping it's fine, BUT it's not a great replacement because it's half the size (8 oz.), more expensive and requires refrigeration after opening. Neither of those work for me.
