Q: Had the scooter for 2 weeks, now the back wheel has gone extremely squishy and won’t pump up?

I am utterly disgusted with the scooter I purchased from you and would like my money back ASAP so I can get another one from somewhere else, firstly the inner tube was punctured as soon as it was used the first time it went down and halfords replaced it and said it was a bad innertube as the tire its self was fine ,the handle bars rattle and the break is so bad I came off it ,and then yesterday my nephew was on it and the button you push to drive it stuck and he nearly got hit by a car as he couldn't stop it ,this is not good at all for something costing over 300 pound and It was a gift for the end of cancer treatment I would like this solved ASAP as I will be taking further action .
