The bandana can be a bit bigger. For dogs who are fluffy and have lot of fur, the written text hides under their fur, if it was slightly bigger then it would show perfectly.

Hat is missing, and very flimsy quality
I received only numbers in an opened dirty plastic bag folder inside the bandana. and there was no Hat with it. Number quality is as flimsy and bad as it can get. Bandana is good with the happy birthday return, but not sure if it can even stand a wash.All in all - a scam. Not Happy!
