We loveeee our horn it’s beautiful and everyone always asks where we got it from. I’ve seen posts on here about people saying it’s a decoration they don’t wanna drink out of it ... well we drink out of ours a lot we have found it’s our favorite thing to drink our mead out of we may have to order another one down the road for our wedding :p it’s beautiful!

So I ordered this one thinking that it was a blow horn. When it got here I thought that the brass piece was removable but it wasn't. I am still glad with my purchase because it gave me something beautiful to hang in my living room.

Very poor craftsmanship! The horn itself looked beautiful and didn’t smell like a dead animal as I have seen commented on other similar products. I read many reviews on drinking horns and settled on this product due to the positive reviews it received, however the brass around the rim was dented, crinkled and cracked in several places. It was to be gifted and the description says drinkable but I would not suggest that for the one I received. The rim was not smooth and the brass did not completely cover it. I’m returning it and am replacing it with a Scottish shirt instead. Really disappointed because the receiver would of loved it. If you want to admire it from afar on a wall or you can give yourself ample time to reorder and return the defective ones, it would be a great gift.

Along with my longsword this was the centerpiece for my costume. My best friend had a traditional Viking wedding- being well equipped with quality gear was a MUST!!! This drinking horn did not let me down and had great detail. Thank you!!!

wow! The horn is gorgeous and it is translucent in places with the right lighting you can see how much mead is in there as seen in the third picture.
