Super uncomfortable
Whilst I have to say it does appear to aid my back pain and posture a little bit, it's awkward to get on awkward fitting and hurts your armpits, I would get a full body one I'd your size permits it, I can't wear this for longer than 10 minutes without it feeling like my arms are bruised.

Defiantly helps
Used this for a few days and can tell the difference already. It feels like your back is hurting when you wear it but when you take it off I can stretch my back without it hurting as much.
