If you want a fun item for preteen girls this might be ok. It is simply mildly tinted translucent glitter. Very poor coverage.

I have bought similar product like from other brands. This brand I was NOT happy with it. It goes on smooth and looks pretty, untill it dries Like Glue, and then peels off like a layer of glue. So don't accidently rub your eyes! Lol
