It is dry like a colour pencil
It is very dry and barely applicable without your eyelid actually hurting. Once applied it is very dull and bad to look at.

Not waterproof and isn't dark
This eyeliner isn't that dark and can be easily washed. But i have purchased it for practicing ,as i am learning to apply eyeliner. So it's good for me.
