Great for wrist support and under the knee
I have a pair that I use for Yoga. This is the second pair I bought and I use them for Pure Barre class under my hands to support and protect pressure on my wrists when doing straight arm pushups and planks, downward facing dog, and to slide under my knee as needed. Don't get imitation, get Yoga Jellies. They really last. I have arthritis in my hands/fingers and cannot lay my hand flat on the floor or a yoga mat. The yoga jellies provide the support needed to put the weight on the ball mound of my hand and do so comfortably. You can flip them over to use whichever side you need that day.

Great for wrists and knees
This product is a bit pricey but worth it for the comfort level I get from these. I use them for my hands most of the time during yoga but they also cushion knees well as well

Very Useful
I had checked these out before and because of the high price (thus the 4-star) ordered a different much lower priced set. However, when it arrived I realized immediately it would be much too hard for my wrist when doing my yoga 'down dogs' etc. Therefore I returned those and ordered the yoga jellies, which I initially added a bad review to when checking out the reviews for Yoga Jellies (knocking them for hiking their price just because of their branding). Upon receiving the yoga jellies I realized that they are much more flexible (actually jelly-like), and while they give good support to the wrist, they also offer a lot more cushion. I still feel that it's a bit too pricey but for comfort and support I was willing to 'bite the bullet'.

Awesome tool for yoga
I couldn't do yoga without these! They are the best for alleviating wrist discomfort while doing down dogs or chaturanga. It helps keep your hands in proper form and keep you from slipping on your mat. The only drawback to them is that they get a little slippery if your hands get sweaty. They are a little pricey but to me, they are well worth it. Cleaning them is easy with a little soap and water. Love them!

Not good enough for artificial knees
Very helpful in yoga for the knee that had arthritis only, but for the knee that had a full knee replacement surgery—-still not enough cushion. I’m not using them like I hoped and they were an expensive buy. They also collect dust and floor dirt very quickly. Not sure I’d recommend for people who need cushioning to protect an artificial knee.
