750 ml Cobalt Glass Claret/Bordeaux Bottles (12 per case)

Nice color fast blue bottles at a good price. The glass is a pretty deep cobalt blue all the way through (not cheap dye coated clear glass that fades and peels off). We use them outdoors year-round make blue bottle trees, and they look great. Lasts for years on an iron "tree branch" in hot sun, freezing temps, rain, sleep, and snow without cracking, crazing, peeling, eaking and keep thay shiny finish (haven't had to replace one yet). They'really really tough, never had a bottle break during shipping or while handling them. Hey it's a bottle man, and works like it should.

Makes my bottle trees pop. I love the uniform color and size. Very sturdy. A tree limb fell on the one on.the right side of the picture and only 2 of the bottles broke.

In a word: FANTASTIC. Heavy, durable glass in a beautiful cobalt blue. I made elderberry mead and bottled it's lavender lusciousness in these puppies, and I couldn't be happier. If you're going to brew something wicked enough to warrant a smallish bottle, use these. You won't be sorry. If you're brewing something less potent, buy a larger variety from Midwest- they have an awesome selection and they have really fair prices. Honestly, I'm not a spokesperson for them.I intend on buying a clear variety for the orange and clove recipe I'm concocting next weekend!

I purchased these for my home made Texas Bottle tree in my garden. You can usually only get blue bottles if you buy super sweet wine....yuck! The blue ones have special meaning regarding legends of the bottle tree. Not only that, they add striking exquisite color to my garden. They arrived in compact sturdy shipping boxes in perfect condition and shipping was fast & free. I love them & would also recommend for the original purpose of wine making as well!

I'm using these as a part of my centerpieces for my wedding reception. The color is perfect for wedding colors, dark blue and sunflower yellow. Only complaint is that one if the bottles was broken when they were delivered.

Purchased these for my bottle tree and they did not disappointed. The color is the glass color, not painted. Which means they will hold their color for years to come. All the bottles were delivered intact. And look perfect.

The bottles are good. Color is what I wanted. The packing was poor. Some bottles arrived broken. I will have to order additional bottles to have the quantity I wanted.

Okay, so I can't attest to how well these bottles hold wine or take a core, but they look great. We used these bottles as table numbers for our wedding and they worked out perfectly. We printed up the numbers and stuck them on with spray glue to get a unique look. After the wedding we had them melted down in a kiln to make cheese plates for family members.
