On the shoe shopping "Struggle Bus?" These very well might be the droids you're looking for! :)
I've worn these shoes literally every day for the past month and can honestly say I'm impressed. I love the design - pretty, stylish, comfy, and casual, while still being dressy enough to wear to work without being flashy or over the top. Pretty much the best of both worlds! Good with jeans? Check. Good with dresses? Check. Hooray for versatility! The leather uppers broke in quickly (one tiny red spot at the base of my second toe on on both feet after the first day of wearing them, but no actual blisters) and they became very, very comfortable almost immediately, like a favorite old pair of shoes that still look brand new. I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of support the footbeds offer, and the shock absorption is excellent.A little background info on me - I'm a size 11W with flat feet, cartilage deterioration in both knees, and an absolutely destroyed lower back due to a spinal injury...so for me to say that a pair of shoes is comfortable is kind of a big deal.It is virtually impossible for me to find shoes that work for me, and these are a perfect fit in terms of width and length (much wider than expected, which for me is a GOOD thing) and they don't cause me any pain. For someone with foot, knee, and back problems like I have to be able to stand and walk without being in agony is huge!I'm pretty hard on shoes, so I'm hoping these prove to be durable enough to last a good long while. So far so good and no signs of wear yet (after walking an average of 1 mile per day every day for a month), so they're off to a great start! The ONE thing I don't like is the synthetic footbed. (The footbed itself is brilliantly designed (as in, "What sorcery is this?!?!" level of brilliant) in terms of comfort, ergonomics, and shock absorption, and the level of arch support they offer would be comfortable for someone with or without arches--the synthetic material against my skin is what I'm referring to when I say I don't like the footbed.)The rubber doesn't allow for any sweat absorption (so they get a little squeaky on really hot days which is a bit of an "ew" factor for me personally) and they aren't the best at keeping my feet cool. I wish there was an option to purchase these with a suede footbed and would gladly pay more for that feature if it was available. That said, there are a million pros to that one con, so I give these shoes very high marks. I'm so pleased with these overall that I ordered a second "backup" pair today. Pretty, practical, and comfortable to boot! What's not to love? If you're on the shoe shopping "Struggle Bus" for the same reasons I am, try these. You won't regret it.

Best shoes EVER!
The size was perfect, I usually wear a size 9 and I ordered a 9! Width was perfect although I typically have to buy a wide width shoe, so if you have a narrow foot, these may be too wide for you :) These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own! My best friend came to visit and she had this exact pair. I swore I would never pay that much for shoes, but decided to treat myself. They are super cushy but at the same time very stable if that makes sense? I usually hate walking around the mall because my feet and back start hurting about 30 minutes into it, but my husband and I walked around the mall for hours recently and I felt wonderful! Best part....no aching feet! And as a bonus they are pretty! I can wear them with shorts, jeans and dresses. They pretty much go with anything. I bought them in urban white, but I'm considering getting them in other colors now! These shoes are worth every penny!

I LOVE these. I had never heard of Fit Flops ...
I LOVE these. I had never heard of Fit Flops until a couple of weeks ago. I tried on a pair in a DSW store and they felt fabulous. I didn't care for the color or the amount of bling onot them, so I looked online and found these on Amazon. Cheaper than DSW too. I was a little hesitant after reading some iffy reviews. I have really high insteps so a shoe that's too tight across the top is murder. These were loose from the start and the leather softened up nicely after a few short walks. They are now my favorites. I do a lot of walking (5-6 miles a day on average) and I'm going to New York next weekend on vacation so I really needed comfy, cool shoes. I couldn't be more pleased. The cutout pattern is super cute and is stylish enough to wear with dresses as well as shorts or jeans. I wish I had room in my closet for a half dozen pair!

Super comfy. A little wide.
I loved these when I tried them on on holiday in the UK and wished I had bought them then, thank goodness forAmazon! I chose them a lot on the colour and style of the upper, but I really like the fit flop brand. There are narrower style and maybe I should have chosen based on that - but I'm really happy with these. Only thing I would have really liked is a half size option - don't remember them coming in half sizes, but I would have gone down by a half. Beautiful shoes and at least as comfy as my beloved Mephistos, but a little cheaper and a little better if they get damp than the cork soles.

Really wide
I tried these on as soon as I got them. They seemed a little wide, but thought they'd be ok. The soles are really spongy so, while comfortable, they are kind of wobbly and feel unsupported. This allows for my foot to slide back and forth, stretching them out even further. I've now worn them three times and they are too wide now. They're fine if I'm just going to be standing, but not if I'm walking around at all. I don't normally wear a narrow shoe, but if I order fit-flops again, I may see if that's an option.

Adorable - love my fitflops.
Fitflops are my most favorite sandals — I used to buy Merrill, Borne, etc & have a whole closet full of those, which I rarely wear anymore. Now, I am constantly looking for new styles of the fitflops because they are by far the most comfortable of all brands. The Flora style are so cute, I’m on my second pair of black ones (others are still in very good shape, but a cat decided they looked good enough to eat...so now I have a second pair without kitty teeth marks!). Would buy theses in every color — make more color options, PLEASE!
