Don’t work
These don’t work. They don’t hold the mask behind your head, the little rubber knobs are too shallow for the mask straps to wrap up properly around. Don’t waste your money

Is this my favorite purchase?
I'll admit it, I have a large head. So the ear straps on masks are killers for my ears. A nurse who has these recommended them. They are a huge relief. They have made masking up a lot less of an ordeal. The only thing that I wish they had is a clip on one end so that I could clip that end to one ear loop, and then only have to connect the other loop while it's behind my head. I finally figured out that I can look down and lay the holder on my neck, then connect both loops at the same time. That makes it much less awkward to put on.

I have hearing aids and glasses. So these are great. My ears can only haN’Djamena do much
I have cochlear implants and wear glasses so these are great because my ears can only handle so much also much easier to manipulate if I need to just pull the mask down without having to take it off

It solves the problem of masks slipping up and blinding me.
I had to wrap the mask strap around the little button a couple of times as it kept slipping off, but once I figured out how to use it, it keeps the mask low enough to keep from blinding me, which is my big problem. I also think it will help those whose ears suffer from masks.

They don't necessarily stay on.
I have a normal neck, yet I have to use the tightest fit in order for the mask to be held tight enough to stay up. There needs to be some kind of fastner to fit over the ear loop, otherwise the ear loop just slips away from the "button". (It's hard to explain.) It works okay if I don't have to move my head very much, but otherwise, not so well. It also doesn't work as well if hair covers your neck -- you either have to put it under your hair, which means the ear loops are down too low, which results in a mask with air gaps -- or you have to put it over your hair, which I find uncomfortable and binding.
