The strobe about 650 lumen, never look directly to protect your eyes. Thank you.

How fast is the strobe? I need it fast so I can see and be seen on my bike.

It is very fast. I tried to time flashes and it was so fast I could not count them. But I think if I tried to ride a bike with the strobe I would get a head ache.
