Nothing spectacular. It holds my phone while I walk. It fits my arm fine. The velcro seems like it will give after some time but right now is pretty sturdy. You have to remove your phone to operate it, but item is fine overall.

I needed a cell phone holder for indoor and/or outdoor usage and this is so soft and flexible. Great Investment.

If you have bicepts this phone holder won't work unless you are a very small person or kid

I have an iPhone 8 Plus. Yes, that is one of the bigger iPhones. It does fit inside the velcro pouch. But, given the size of the phone, I do need to pull the entire arm pouch up above my elbow. that is not really a problem for me, though. This iFunLong Armband / Armpouch is made of lycra.My iPhone works fine with my Bluetooth earbuds while I'm wearing this. And, the arm pouch does keep the phone out of the way, but convenient. However, not *too* convenient. I do have to slip the pouch off my arm if I am wearing it on my right arm. I can wear it on my left arm but it just does not feel right on that side of my body. Seems like it would have been a better placement for the phone pouch to slide the phone in from the top.If you use hardwired headphones, there are small inserts through which you can thread your headphone wires. There is reflective print around the earphone holes, but after only one use it had started to deteriorate.If I jog, the arm pouch is not quite tight enough that the phone does not move around some. I got the Large size, so perhaps I should have gotten the medium.The fabric is comfortable enough and does not seem to bet too damp if I get sweaty. The armband pouch does have the IFUNLONG name prominently displayed on the outside. I'm not a big fan of wearing 'logowear', so this is a point against them.
