I tried this protein drink and found that the taste and flavor of this powder is pretty good.I also realized that the texture of the mixture is very smooth. This may be liked by some people or disliked by other people. Overall it can also be treated as a meal replacement as it also provides decent energy for few hours. Recommended for trial.

Tastes very bad. Had to wash my mouth with mouthwash twice to get rid of the bad taste. Not recommenced.
