So much brighter
Package arrived quickly and damage-free. Used 4 in the kitchen and 2 in the den. We love the brightness/color and directional adjustability. Install went smoothly and value for the $$ is spot on.

Great recessed lights
easy to install and great led lights. Installed the 4 and 6 inch lights thru out my house.

Look good once installed
I ordered six lights. One of the lights arrived with a broken clip. Amazon quickly shipped me a new one and had me return the broken one. The lights are bright and were easy to install. Be sure to orient them in the direction that you will need them to tilt as they are Not multi-directional.

I don't know how these meet NEC code
The electrical boxes they have for these are TINY! Given that they are going to be on 15-20 AMP circuits, I don't see how they expect people to put long-enough 14 gauge wires in these boxes to match code.You are supposed to have 6" of wire in the electrical box, you are supposed to have a certain amount of Cubic inches in the electrical box given certain wires, these boxes are TINY!You also better wear gloves as it is very difficult to access and work in these boxes and the boxes are very sharp as the metal is a thin gauge aluminum.The lights themselves seem fine, but I don't understand why they didn't just make the boxes larger. I do not recommend buying these, I'm sure another manufacturer creates gimbal lights that have larger boxes to run wires into. The recessed lights I purchased had boxes at least 2x the size of this and even those were pretty small.

Perfect for steep angled ceiling
Great for our almost 45degree angled ceiling. A regular wafer light would have pointed off on an odd angle.
